Intel Corporation - SMG - Intel Learning Network Program Manager July 2002-Present

• Currently responsible for overall strategic direction, program management, resource allocation, process management and improvement for the Intel Learning Network (ILN) LMS program ~ the ILN program team consists of more then 19 team members in the US and India and an annual budget of approx 1 - 1.5 million.
• Previous responsibilities include:
senior analyst for the definition and strategic roadmap of the Intel Learning Network with focus on course authoring, administrative tools, end user portal, localization, email notification, infrastructure, security and profiling.
• People and Process manager of the customer/authoring/administrative support for the Intel Learning Network

Note: Intel Learning Network has more then 1.3 million potential users (100K internal employees and over 1 million external customers) and is one of the primary learning management systems for Intel Corporation.
